Money values are Guesty accounting fields prorated to the nights in range. Owner net = gross − management fee. The fee pool splits per unit: the unit's referral agent (if any) takes their % first, then the remainder divides by the partner percentages, using each partner's direct-booking rate on the portion of the fee that came from direct bookings. All setup is saved in this browser only (localStorage) — not a system of record. Verify against owner statements before paying out.
