Money values are Guesty accounting fields prorated to the nights inside the selected range. Owner net is estimated as host payout minus Ilios commission; verify the split semantics against a real owner statement before showing this to owners. Occupancy counts confirmed reservations only (owner blocks and maintenance holds show as unavailable on the calendar but are not revenue nights). Ranges up to a year; long ranges take a few seconds on the first load, then cache for 30 minutes; Refresh bypasses it. Filters recompute every card from the stays in range.
