Money values are Guesty accounting fields prorated to the nights inside the selected range. Occupancy is a unit's booked nights over the days in the range. Owner net is estimated as host payout minus Ilios commission; verify the split against a real owner statement before sharing with owners. Units with no stays in the range still list (with zeros) so you can confirm a quiet unit. Data caches for 30 minutes; Refresh bypasses it.
